EVO Synchronous Lifting System lifts a 200 tonne wheel loader safely and efficiently despite uneven ground
Lifting heavy machinery such as haul trucks and wheel loaders can be a challenging task without the right system in place. The process of assembling and transporting an over-dimension vehicle requires several steps, some of which may involve locating and positioning the lifting equipment at the appropriate lift points, removing the wheels, attaching wheel stands, and lowering the vehicle to the ground followed by removing the lifting equipment. Thereafter, a multi-wheel trailer would be placed under the vehicle and the wheel stands removed before it is ready for transportation. Using short stroke cylinders without synchronous lifting would be time-consuming, cumbersome and could introduce additional risk if the load is lifted at different heights.

Lifting and Installing the Deck Sections of the Golden Horn Metro Bridge
The Golden Horn Metro Bridge is a 936 m (3,071 ft.) long cable-stayed bridge which spans the Golden Horn waterway in Istanbul, Turkey. Portions of the bridge deck rotate in order to permit large shipping vessels through the waterway. The rotating bridge deck segments were fabricated off-site and floated in on a barge. The 300 ton deck sections needed to be lifted off the barge nearly 17 meters and installed into position.

Synchronously Lowering an 80 ton Yacht
A multi-million dollar luxury sailing yacht was jacked-up two meters to perform renovations. After the retrofit, the yacht needed to be lowered in order to be transported back to the water. Although the yacht was built of carbon fiber, it still weighed 80 tons. And the weight was not evenly distributed; the back was heavier than the front. The uneven distribution of weight posed a serious challenge to safely lowering the yacht.

Steigsystem hebt U2-Konzertbühne
Das belgische Unternehmen Stageco hat drei gigantische identische Bühnen für die aktuelle U2 360°-Tour erstellt. Was dieses Projekt so besonders macht, ist die Tatsache, dass Hochdruck-Hydraulikzylinder zum ersten Mal überhaupt verwendet werden, um die 230-Tonnen-Konstruktion – auch „die Klaue“ genannt – zusammenzubauen und zu zerlegen. Zusammen mit Enerpac hat Stageco ein einzigartiges System entwickelt, das auf dem synchronen Hebesystem von Enerpac basiert, um die modulare Konstruktion schnell und sicher auf eine Höhe von 30 Metern zu heben.

Installing Pylon Sections of a Cable-Stayed Bridge with a SyncHoist
Gotowski constructed a 200 meter long cable-stayed "University Bridge" to connect two parts of Bydgoszcz separated by the Brda River. The bridge's design requires the erection of two 68 meter tall pylons (towers) to support the bridge deck. Constructed in sections, the pylons weighed 90 to 130 tons and needed to be positioned with precise accuracy.

Controlled Tightening on Dump Truck Suspension Struts
The maintenance team needed to replace the suspension strut bolts on 777F, 785D, 789D and 793F dump trucks. Due to the confined location of the suspension struts there was limited space for accessing the bolts. Existing methods of using flogging spanners often took several hours to replace the nuts, caused minor injuries to hands and the torque was not accurate.

Lifting the Songdo Cable-Stayed Bridge Pylons
Lifting and positioning two 2,000 ton cable-stayed bridge pylons into place. To prevent counter-balance issues, it was critical to erect both pylon sections simultaneously and within a very tight tolerance. Any counter-balance issues would have created a lopsided load and put undue stress on the center pillar. The lack of a good footprint and the approximately 100 meter lifting height made the lift almost impossible for two cranes or another lifting solution. The need to lift from the central point of the structure required a high capacity lifting solution that could raise both sections simultaneously from a central point.
